Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical engineering team in developing power converters from concept to production.
- Guide the team through the product development process including simulations and design verification.
- Drive technical strategy and operational readiness.
- Lead research and development of new technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis on products and technical issues.
- Maintain relationships with internal engineering organizations for integrated development.
- Conduct staff meetings to adhere to project schedules and resource allocation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 10-12 years of experience, or Master’s with 8-10 years.
- 3-5 years of engineering management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of business strategies and engineering deliverables.
- Experience with electronic packaging and thermal simulation tools.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Pro-E, Creo, and AutoCAD.
- Strong project management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
