Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize production equipment for safety and efficiency.
- Champion continuous improvement projects to enhance yield and cycle time.
- Analyze data to identify trends in availability and build quality.
- Develop Scada systems for real-time production data monitoring.
- Collaborate with process engineering and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Support the ramp-up of newly launched products to full-scale production.
- Manage workload positively in a collaborative team environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with Siemens and/or Beckhoff control systems and industrial robots.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated track record of improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
- Experience in high volume, automated manufacturing environments.
- Strong communication skills within a manufacturing and engineering organization.
- Preferred experience with vision inspection systems and Ignition Automation or Python.
