Responsibilities
- Organize manufacturing validation activities for new or revised products.
- Ensure manufacturing trials are well-prepared and restore control conditions post-trials.
- Validate manufacturing processes to meet product specifications.
- Assist in identifying root causes of failures and develop solutions.
- Provide updates in weekly project reviews.
- Track project milestones and resource usage.
- Perform detailed analysis of problems and contribute to the PFMEA review process.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in project management is helpful (PMP, PMI certificates).
- Experience in design, development, and implementation of projects, preferably in the automotive or automated manufacturing industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Process and continuous improvement mindset.
- High energy level and hands-on approach.
