Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for product design and process improvements.
- Analyze manufacturing discrepancies and collaborate with the quality team for corrective actions.
- Create and manage manufacturing BOMs, work instructions, and specifications.
- Communicate daily with production, machining, maintenance, quality, and design engineering teams.
- Lead projects for alternate component technologies to reduce costs or improve quality and reliability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or physics.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, manufacturing, or testing (internships apply).
- Experience with CNC machinery (lathe, mill, waterjet, laser cutter, EDM).
- CAM programming experience (HSMWorks, MasterCAM).
- CAD experience (NX & Teamcenter).
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent high-performance culture systems.
