Responsibilities
- Support the development of the Assembly Integration and Test sequence for satellites.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to apply engineering concepts.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors and supervisors for progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Contribute to design development and issue resolution for satellite projects.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development within a high-performing team.
- Lead development projects and collaborate across teams to deliver results.
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience (internship, lab, or projects).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in small teams.
- Experience with spacecraft or test hardware is preferred.
- Familiarity with developing and running test scripts for space hardware is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to deliver results under pressure.
