Responsibilities
- Support the design and analysis of engine system hardware for the Neutron team.
- Collaborate with team members to solve engineering challenges.
- Attend 1:1 meetings with mentors to facilitate learning and provide progress updates.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events with other interns and employees.
- Contribute to the development projects related to rocket propulsion.
- Assist in setting up launch pads and test sites.
- Engage in hands-on testing of engine components.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
- Strong interest in propulsion and rocket systems.
- Familiarity with CAD and engineering software (Siemens NX, ANSYS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of fluid mechanics and heat transfer is a plus.
