Responsibilities
- Lead and execute problem-solving flow events to reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
- Implement Lean methodologies like 6S, Visual Management, and Kanban.
- Analyze performance data and track progress using Excel.
- Present findings to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement efforts across production work cells.
- Engage in cross-functional teamwork to identify and implement solutions.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
- Proactive mindset with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; data analysis experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
- Compliance with federal export control laws as a U.S. Person.
