Responsibilities
- Perform engineering activities for new HVSD products and improve existing circuit breaker products.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and design drawings.
- Create and maintain purchasing specifications and participate in vendor qualification.
- Review customer specifications and provide technical presentations.
- Prepare and maintain Instruction Books for assigned circuit breakers.
- Lead root cause evaluations of failures and collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams.
- Recommend and implement design improvements and cost reductions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of design engineering experience.
- Advanced knowledge of circuit breaker technology and power transmission.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in reading and creating technical drawings.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, CAD software, and ERP/MRP systems.
