Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced research and development in autonomous systems.
- Design and deploy end-to-end autonomous systems.
- Interface with and control physical objects in real-world applications.
- Develop software in systems languages (C++ or Rust) and numerical analysis languages (MATLAB, Python).
- Work in Linux environments and utilize revision control systems.
- Engage in hardware debugging using test equipment.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to innovate in autonomous technology.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages (C++, Python, etc.) and experience in Linux.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Background in satellites, autonomous vehicles, and modern controls (preferred).
- Familiarity with hardware protocols and circuit simulation tools.
- Experience with real-time software and hardware debugging.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance.
