Responsibilities
- Drive hardware and technology teams through engineering design, development, and validation phases for MR products.
- Provide technical ownership and guidance for hardware product decisions.
- Manage all aspects of system engineering from requirements definition to risk mitigation.
- Develop processes and documentation for product development and verification.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for innovative solutions.
- Plan and drive verification strategies for hardware systems.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in integrated hardware and software product development.
- Experience with full-life cycle product launches.
- Proven technical proficiency in hardware disciplines such as electrical engineering and systems engineering.
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills for testing, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
