Responsibilities
- Lead electrical and controls design for automated manufacturing systems.
- Develop and maintain PLC applications using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 or Siemens TIA Portal.
- Integrate and commission industrial robots and sensors using various protocols.
- Design and debug control panels to meet industrial standards.
- Create HMI interfaces.
- Perform onsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Mentor junior engineers and document best practices.
Job Requirements
- Expertise in PLC programming and motion control.
- Proficiency in robotic systems integration.
- Experience in designing and commissioning electrical systems to safety standards.
- Strong skills in integrating sensors and conducting risk assessments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and lead root cause analysis.
- Experience with high-level programming languages (C# or Python).
