Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end manufacturing efforts across multiple products.
- Assist as a technical resource for manufacturing processes, collaborating with design, quality, and production teams.
- Contribute to the development of scalable manufacturing processes aligned with technology roadmaps.
- Participate in data-driven initiatives to improve yield, cycle times, and quality.
- Work with senior engineers to bring new concepts through rapid prototyping and iteration.
- Support the creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional environment to solve complex manufacturing problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, or a related field (graduating in Dec 2025 or Spring 2026).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, AutoCAD).
- Exposure to common manufacturing processes through coursework or projects.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems.
- Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques such as additive manufacturing or robotics.
