Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end manufacturing efforts across multiple products.
  • Assist as a technical resource for manufacturing processes, collaborating with design, quality, and production teams.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable manufacturing processes aligned with technology roadmaps.
  • Participate in data-driven initiatives to improve yield, cycle times, and quality.
  • Work with senior engineers to bring new concepts through rapid prototyping and iteration.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation.
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional environment to solve complex manufacturing problems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Physics, or a related field (graduating in Dec 2025 or Spring 2026).
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, AutoCAD).
  • Exposure to common manufacturing processes through coursework or projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing techniques such as additive manufacturing or robotics.
