Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and improvement of manufacturing systems and processes.
- Develop efficient systems, processes, and tooling for product quality.
- Perform operational or methods analyses related to manufacturing process flow.
- Evaluate engineering changes and specifications requirements.
- Plan and execute manufacturing engineering activities to increase productivity.
- Maintain manufacturing standard procedures and write analysis reports.
- Act as a technical liaison with other departments in project team meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in GD&T and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to create models, drawings, and conduct design reviews.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Must be a US citizen and able to obtain DOD security clearance.
- Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects.
