Responsibilities
- Apply Industrial Engineering concepts to improve manufacturing and service operations.
- Develop and maintain complex business system factory definitions for manufacturing planning.
- Analyze data using models and databases to provide insights to management and customers.
- Lead research and implementation of processes to enhance performance and quality using Lean principles.
- Manage project scope, cost, and timing, performing risk analysis.
- Support project completion and optimize resource utilization.
- Design and analyze value streams and logistics for manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and systems level thinking.
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Understanding of Industrial Engineering tools and their integration into shop systems.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with production systems like MES and PDM.
- Preferred: 7+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
