Responsibilities
- Define technical vision and strategy for New Glenn avionics subsystems.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of avionics products from design to flight operations.
- Manage budget development and resource allocation for avionics.
- Establish avionics production architecture for high-volume manufacturing.
- Build and mentor large avionics organizations across hardware and software engineering.
- Serve as the avionics voice on the New Glenn executive leadership team.
- Execute strategic initiatives that drive performance and reliability improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in avionics or high-reliability electronics.
- Proven track record in managing large technical organizations and P&L responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of integrated electronics systems architecture.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with supplier ecosystems and procurement strategy.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on operational execution excellence.
