Responsibilities
- Manage the Vehicle Engineering organization and foster career development.
- Define and control the technical baseline for the Crew Lander.
- Manage the Crew Lander configuration baseline including the vehicle CAD model.
- Lead integrated analysis and track key technical performance measures.
- Manage system safety definition and analysis across the vehicle.
- Define and execute verification, validation, and certification for the Crew Lander.
- Implement agile project management for the Vehicle Engineering team.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing people and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Experience leading integrated technical teams in dynamic environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of in-space vehicle systems.
- Expertise in applied System Engineering and Integration.
- Minimum of 10 years managing technical teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering, computing, or a related field.
