Responsibilities
- Lead system development for customer terminal products and accessories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Electrical Engineering and Product Design.
- Ensure hardware design aligns with software deliverables for key builds.
- Manage critical issues and maintain project milestones by working with various stakeholders.
- Communicate product development issues and execute solutions to meet key performance indicators.
- Create agendas and presentations for meetings at the Director and VP level.
- Scale and evolve processes for efficient decision-making in product development.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, and quality management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage critical issues and prioritize resources effectively.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams.
