Responsibilities
- Own factory test line at FATP and develop a software ecosystem for test controllers and data reporting systems.
- Define modular test strategies and analyze new product testability.
- Develop and execute RF system testing and ensure production control processes.
- Automate processes using techniques like automated optical inspection and electrical testing.
- Compile and analyze production test data using big data analysis techniques.
- Drive factory test quality improvements and lead weekly calls with the factory.
- Guide the design of hardware test fixtures to ensure alignment with cost and schedule.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- 3+ years of software programming experience in Linux for machine controllers.
- Experience programming in Python and familiarity with Linux and UNIX command-line tools.
- Experience with RF products is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in development or maintenance of manufacturing tests or test fixtures.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing of consumer electronics with wireless connectivity.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including domestic and international travel.
